How It Works: Securing Your Zepbound KwikPen
Our process is entirely online and takes just 5–10 minutes. Because the Zepbound KwikPen is exclusively fulfilled through LillyDirect, following Step 3 closely is required to get your medication at the self-pay price.
- Step 1: Complete Your Online Visit - Start your $24.99 consultation and answer a few questions about your medical history and weight loss goals.
- Step 2: Get Evaluated - A NorthStar board-certified provider will review your profile to determine if the Zepbound KwikPen is medically appropriate for you.
- Step 3: Select Your Pharmacy (CRITICAL STEP) - When our system prompts you to select a pharmacy to send your prescription to, you must route it to LillyDirect.
- Search using an Indianapolis ZIP Code (e.g., 46206).
- Filter by or look for Delivery Services in that area.
- Select LillyDirect as your pharmacy.
- Step 4: Receive Your Medication - Your provider will send the electronic prescription to LillyDirect. You will then receive a notification from LillyDirect to complete your payment and schedule your free home delivery!
